‘Safety and Hygiene Suggestion Campaign’ where workers propose possible improvements

We are conducting ‘Safety and Hygiene Suggestion Campaign’ throughout all the business sites starting 31st November to detect and resolve problems related to safety, health and hygiene of the workers. Through this, we will be able to detect problems undetected by external consulting services. We are actively promoting the reinforcement of safety management by developing mobile applications for on-site safety inspections and effective safety training. Employees are actively participating and as a result, the ‘Safety and Health Suggestion Campaign’ received about 840 proposals within two weeks of its launch, and 220 of them were adopted and executed.

Besides, not the leader but members are the center of the organization and we have set up a ‘Work Culture Revolution Task Force’ for guiding the reformation of work culture. For each affiliate and business site, comprehensive safety training is provided to not only field workers, but also office workers, managers in charge of management and supervision, store managers, and franchise owners.

On 28th November, Paris Croissant mailed its employees letters to inform them about the new safety measures and changes. Furthermore, a ‘Suggestion mailbox’ has been set up for workers to lodge their complaints, besides an anonymous chatroom is also in operation.

We will keep our workers informed about the new additional measures. SPC Group is focusing on overall competence and strengthening safety management in the company. We promise to do our best to regain the trust of our customers by building a work culture that respects workers.
